The Sacred Space Miami is a prominent event space and cherished wellness community hub. It is renowned for hosting elite, luxury-filled gatherings that delight the senses. As a leading wellness center, it proudly hosts events by world-renowned holistic teachers. It also hosts a boutique store, the Modern Farmacy.

The Sacred Space Miami used its Instagram account of 35,000 followers to inspire and educate while communicating promotional material. In addition, it served as a visual portfolio of its functions as an event space. However, with such a large audience, engagement was lacking. Through a revamped engagement practice, user-generated content, and hashtag strategy we increased our engagement ratio remarkably.

Email Marketing

After eight weeks of implementing weekly email campaigns, KPI's soared to over 27% open rates, 3% click-through rates, and a 5x increase in store revenue through emails.

The content management process delivered enriching experiences by pairing visual media with in-house copy. Educational content cultivated a deep connection with followers through captivating posts, newsletters, and visual media. Content strategically aligned with brand vision of wellness, luxury, and community.

Web Design

Reconstructing a sabotaged 30+ page website was an extraordinary challenge. This crucial online hub coordinated all event space offerings and leads, holistic event info, educational content, e-commerce, and sister companies. Leveraging HTML/CSS knowledge I returned the site to its previous design and improved functionality. My updated design included a CRM capture form for generating event leads, resulting in a 20x increase in generated leads.

I edited or rewrote all copy to be concise, up-to-date, and error-free and in alignment with the goal of its webpage. Verbal tone in promotional materials was updated to be more open, informal, and playful.

In my time at The Sacred Space Miami, I had the privilege of scaling my web design knowledge from revamping the website and e-commerce platform to optimizing social media strategies and email marketing campaigns. As I witnessed the growth of customer engagement, event attendance, and brand loyalty, I felt immense pride in contributing to The Sacred Space Miami's status as a beloved hub for wellness events. This rewarding experience left a lasting impression on me and I am grateful for to have been a part of the remarkable team that brought forth positive change and meaningful connections.
